Trade Hero - Terms of Service

Welcome to Trade Hero! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trade Hero mobile and web applications, including any content, functionality, services, trade alerts, and stock picks provided through the app (collectively referred to as the "Service"). Users should conduct their own research and consult with a licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

Personal Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for the Service.
Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to securities trading.
Risk Acknowledgment: You understand and agree that investing and trading in financial markets involve substantial risk, including the risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Payment and Subscription
